Our Class Registration Policy

Register by either phone or in person. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EMAIL REGISTRATIONS FOR CLASSES!!

To register for a class, you must prepay the class fee at which time you will be given a supply list for things needed to participate in the class. The class fee is for instruction only. No materials are included in the class fee. The fee is refundable if you let us know one week prior to the beginning of the class or if the class is canceled for lack of participation. If you do not let us know one week prior to the class starting, the fee is not refundable.

Walking Foot Only Machine Quilting

This class will help you to become more comfortable using your walking foot to create basic lines, shapes, curves and motifs. We cover machine needles, thread choices, marking tools and how to prepare you quilt for marking.

Improve Your Appliqué

(B) This is the class for those who want all the tips for beautiful hand appliqué.  Learn to make points, curves, circles, leaves, and stems.

Slow Stitching Embroidery

9 am- Noon

(B) Want to escape the chaos going on around us? Need to unwind after the holidays? Come join us to learn slow stitching/embroidery. Learn basic stitches to begin your journey. The project is a needlebook but you are encouraged to create whatever your heart tells you. We will be doing a “page” in class and talk about ways to use that page.

(B) Curious about paper piecing? Join Maggie to learn the basics of piecing this fun and versatile Snail Trail block. Paper piecing is a great way to achieve precision, and Maggie will be sharing all of her tips and tricks!

(B) Never quilted before? This is the class for you. You will learn several blocks that are the basis for many quilt patterns. Designed for new beginners or someone wanting to brush up on their skills.
