Our Class Registration Policy

Register by either phone or in person. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EMAIL REGISTRATIONS FOR CLASSES!!

To register for a class, you must prepay the class fee at which time you will be given a supply list for things needed to participate in the class. The class fee is for instruction only. No materials are included in the class fee. The fee is refundable if you let us know one week prior to the beginning of the class or if the class is canceled for lack of participation. If you do not let us know one week prior to the class starting, the fee is not refundable.

(B) In this workshop your project is a very cute wool bunny piece that can be used as a spring decoration, basket/candle mat or even a pillow. What makes this workshop unique is how fast you will complete your piece. Instead of spending hours tracing and cutting out wool shapes we will use SIZZIX dies to cut the shapes so that you will begin stitching on your project in a matter of minutes not hours. A SIZZIX die cutting machine and all dies will be made available to you at the workshop. The Wool Bunny Workshop supply list will be available upon registration. An optional Wool Bunny Project Kit will be available for purchase. To reserve your kit, you must pay the kit fee no later than one week prior to the workshop.

(B+) Are you scared of hexagon quilts because of possible y-seams? Then this could be for you because there are no y-seams. You will learn how to stack and cut your fabric to get the kaleidoscope effect you want. The first class will focus on cutting your fabric and beginning to put your hexagons together. The second class will be spent seeing the “magic” happen with the design.

(B) This Workshop is an Introduction to Wool Appliqué. Please plan on joining us for an evening of fun as we explore the basics of wool appliqué. We will cover a wide variety of topics which you will use on the workshop Project: BLOOMIN’ BEAUTIES by Kim Schaefer. This wool on cotton piece is 28 x 22 inches and will make a great table runner, display mat, wall hanging or pillow.

Due to popular demand, Elaine is putting together the instructions for her 100% Positive quilt, named because of the hundred plus symbols in the 48"x60" quilt. The written pattern will include instructions for strip-piecing as well as piecing the quilt in a scrappy format, as well as a pressing plan so your seams will nest. The pattern will also include supply information for additional sizes, should you decide you want to make a bigger or smaller quilt in this design.
